港人反暴政抗爭爆發以來，各區陸續出現不尋常的浮屍發現案、墮樓案，15歲少女陳彥霖浮屍案更是疑點重重，市民普遍相信是生前遭受警暴、被殺害滅口。此外，中大學生吳傲雪揭露自己就是在葵涌警署遭受性暴力的「S小姐」，引起公衆譁然及同情。警察濫用暴力越發不受控制，市民於是發起白宮連署，要求美國將香港警察列入恐怖分子組織名單。截至今早10時，聯署人數近8萬，距離10萬人目標，僅差約2萬。

市民近日再發起白宮聯署，截至今早10時，己收集79,647個簽名，距離10萬人目標，僅差約兩萬。
在反暴政抗爭中，警察肆無忌彈地濫用暴力，攻擊路過或圍觀市民，稱呼示威者為「曱甴」。迄今爲止，仍未有警員因濫暴而被追究，「7.21恐怖襲擊」失職一事，更獲得警隊高層包庇。因此，當政府無限包庇和縱容底下，市民希望利用美國白宮制裁香港警隊，吸引國際關注。

The Hong Kong Police attack citizens in different cruel ways and use excessive force as they don’t treat Hongkongers as human beings anymore but an enemy.
But the Hong Kong Government still turns a blind eye on the fact and encourage the police to keep doing that.
The Hong Kong Police already became an organization that having full gear, they are extreme violence and can escape from legal liability easily.
The Hong Kong Police also in cahoots with the triads and try to murder Hong Kong citizens.
The fact mentioned above already published by international media and they put Hongkongers in a humanitarian crisis that never seen before.
To conclude, The Hong Kong Police already out of control and transform into a terrorist organization.
